I have used these facial wipes a few times in the past but have always reverted to using own brand ones which are much cheaper and i find more effective.


The Packaging:
These wipes come in a resealable plastic package which is green and white. They are simple to open and to reseal which means that they dont dry out while you're not using them. The package contains around 25 wipes.

The Smell:
These wipes are designed for sensitive skin, which is why i purchased them as i suffered from eczema. However, this means that they are pretty much fragrance free, but the slight fragrance they do have smells pretty stale to me.

The Feel:
This is what lead me to reverting back to own brand facial wipes. I find these face wipes very dry, meaning that quite a lot of "scrubbing" is needed to remove foundation, and trying to remove eye make up was pretty much impossible. One side has raised bumps on it which is designed to help remove make up, but i didnt find this side any easier.

The Effect:
I often found that when i thought i had removed all my make up and my skin was sore from all the scrubbing, make up still remained. This was especially a problem with water proof eye make up, which i acknowledge is notoriosly difficult to remove, however i was often left looking like a panda!

The Price:
These face wipes retail at about £2.99 for a packet of 25 and it doesnt seem to vary that much between shops.

The Verdict:
These facewipes weren't for me and i have since returned to using ASDA's own brand ones which i find much more effective and pleasant, however, if you have extremely sensitive skin then these may work for you. Also if you just want something to refresh your skin rather remove make up then these may just do that!
