I've used quite a lot of different brands of make-up removing & exfoliating wipes over the years and one of my favourite brands would have to be Simple. Their exfoliating wipes are brilliant and they've been a part of my daily skincare routine for the past year or so. The wipes come in packs of 25 and retail at around ...  Read the complete review

Intro: Before going to bed I like to have a clean face, and if I cant be bothered to clean it at the sink, I like to give my face a quick rub over with a face wipe. I have been using tesco ones for ages because they are cheap and do the job. I only tried the simple wipes as they were on offer at the same price as the tesco ...  Read the complete review

Simple Kind to Skin Exfoliating Facial Wipes: Simple Kind to Skin Exfoliating Wipes (739 words)

I often have difficulty exfoliating my face. The skin on this area of my body is very sensitive and most exfoliating scrubs will cause irritation and some sort of reaction. I still want to regularly exfoliate though just to brighten my skin up really and so I decided to purchase a pack of these exfoliating wipes from Simple in the hope ...  Read the complete review

I normally use Johnson's Facial Wipes but have recently started to use Simple Exfoliating Wipes as they were on special offer. Ordinarily, these cost £3.99 from Boots or Superdrug but I managed to pick up a pack in Savers for £2.49. I had read a lot of good reports about these wipes as they are not your 'normal everyday' facial wipe as ...  Read the complete review

I'll come out with it now I am a lazy sod, I will always take a facial wipe over washing my face when I get up in the morning - purely because it means I don't have to move from my bed to do it, since they are in my bedside table. My one requirement is that I have to have wipes that are exfoliating, which can be hard to find a decent ...  Read the complete review

rough but refreshing. (176 words)

I found this product a refreshing find after searching for a suitable wipe for my combination skin for years. It left oily areas feeling clan and refreshed, but didn't dry out the dry areas either, so my skin felt clean and not at all "clogged up" as some wipes do. Not ideal round the delicate eye area but a great pick me up ...  Read the complete review

Simple Kind to Skin Exfoliating Facial Wipes: Exfoliating or scratchy? (159 words)
by - written on 04/12/11 (Useful, 31 readings)

Personally I really don't like these wipes. Rather than exfoliating they just scratch your face and are quite uncomfortable to use! They remove eye make up very well but unfortunately if you use them for removing pandda eyes it makes the skin sore! I guess this isn't what they're actually claiming to do and maybe I shouldn't knock them ...  Read the complete review

Wipes Off Your Dead Skin (549 words)

I get a lot of dry skin on my face and it can get really sore. I had been using the normal Simple face wipes for a while as I like the fact that they have no perfumes or colour added to them. When I saw these exfoliating wipes the other week I thought I would try them out and see what they are like. The pack is quite ...  Read the complete review

Ok. Let's start with a show of nodding heads... How many of you have just answered "do you have sensitive skin?" with a nod at your computer? If I'm honest my skin is awful: Pretty much any product I take to it (If I'm not careful) leaves my complexion more like a coarse sandpaper than peaches and cream. Now, I like ...  Read the complete review

These wipes are really nice and refreshing on your skin. They are nice and thick, and make your skin soft as you use them. I found they also last a long time, and they are quite good value. They also removed my make up well, and make my skin feel smooth and energised. The different sides also make the wipes a treat for your skin, and ...  Read the complete review

Simple Kind to Skin Exfoliating Facial Wipes: Not-so-Kind-to-Skin (154 words)

I had to review this. All my other review show good positive results. These - not so much.. These are very harsh - i dont even have sensitive skin and they ripped it apart using either side of the cloth. I dont think they can be used around the delicate eye area at all, and im pretty sure they are not good for the rest of your skin ...  Read the complete review

I like to wash my face morning an night as I am prone to getting spots if I don't cleanse properly. However like most people I can be lazy and sometimes when Im tired and comfortable in bed the last thing I want to do is get up to wash myself. This is where facial wipes come in handy. As I have sensitive Rosacea skin I like ...  Read the complete review

I saw these when browsing the simple range in Boots and decided to give them a try to see if they were better than the regular facial wipes which as a cleansing product had left me disappointed. As with all simple products they are perfume and colour free and contain skin loving nutrients and vitamins. *product and ...  Read the complete review
