I bought this toner recently because I had heard good things about this brand and wanted to try a few products out. The toner is marketed as being a way to remove any last traces of makeup and cleanser, as well as refreshing your skin. Simple state that the ingredients include chamomile, which soothes the skin, as well as witch hazel to tighten your pores. Furthermore the product is alcohol free and therefore does not dry out your skin. In order to keep the product from irritating sensitive skin, there is no perfume or colouring added. This product retails for around £2.99 for which you get 200ml.

I have to say, I think this toner is great value. I use it after cleansing my face and removing makeup and it does refresh my skin without drying it. To use I simply squirt some onto a piece of cotton wool and then sweep all over my face. The toner has never brought me out in spots or caused any redness and I really only have one thing to criticise which is that the toner can leave a slight shiny film on my face which can be annoying if I am skipping foundation that day, however a bit of powder will correct this.

I give this product a 4/5 as it is perfect except for the shiny face effect.
