Soap and glory return to slender

Always one to try out any "miracle" product, I read a couple of reviews on this one and decided to give it a go.

WHAT IT PROMISES...

It promises to literally give you tight genes and to tone up any area of your body which you want to make leaner.

AND THE MIRACLE INGREDIENT?

There are apparently multi fruit smoothers detoxifying seaweed extracts as well as elasticity booster to diminish the appearance of cellulite. The product contains a special molecule called Flab2fit complex, but as with all good miracle products, there is no mention of what this actually is.

PRODUCT AND PACKAGING...

The product comes in a box with all of the information and directions splattered on all sides; it takes some making sense of, as bits of similar information are on different sides of the box. However, that said, as with all of the soap and glory products, I do like the packaging, this time pale blue box with what looks like a magazine or newspaper type layout.

Inside the box is the 200ml tube of the product with a flip up/down lid. I squeeze out some of the product, and to match the tube, it is a pale blue gel, with more a marine smell than a floral small (the seaweed?). The gel is easily massaged into the skin and leaves me with a very faint and not unpleasant tingle sensation.

USING IT...

It is advised that the product is used twice a day for 56 days on thighs abs and upper arms. It seems a long time for anything to happen so I assume when I first bought the product that the result would be gradual rather than sudden.

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY...

I believe the RRP is £7.99 for 200ml of the stuff, and I have seen it for sale on several sites online so it's not hard to get hold of.

VERDICT...

I have now used the product twice daily for a month and upped the game when I started to use a body brush alongside the product to stimulate circulation and absorption of the gel. The results haven't been especially promising and I don't think it delivers on the toning side.

That said, the product is easy to apply non greasy and absorbs nicely into my skin leaving it feeling cool and moisturised. However, for real moisturising especially if in the sun, this wouldn't be very good as it's just not creamy enough.

I really like the smell and would recommend to anyone wanting a non greasy gel for their body. For the price though, there are just as good products on the market and I don't think I would buy it again.
