... love about the aloe range and in particular the Aloe Eye Defense, is that it's a serum, which is very light, not heavy like some eye creams i've tried in the past, and comes in a small easy to use pump top bottle. Thanks to the pump top, it distributes the perfect amount to be used under and around the eyes. It may look like a small bottle (15ml) but a little certainly goes a very long way and even when used daily, i can easily make my little bottle last a good few months. Not only does this product feel nice under...more

The Body Shop Aloe Eye Defence: Soothing Eye Cream (367 words)

I have used the Aloe range of products from the Body Shop for a while on my face as I know they are gentle and soothing and do not inflame my sensitive skin. I had previously also been using the Vitamin E eye cream which seemed to help with the delicate eye area, but I saw this product and decided to give it a go when I needed some more. Full price this 15ml bottle is £9.50, however, I refuse to pay full price for Body Shop products and always wait for discount vouchers and special offers (via Money Saving Expert forums) before stocking up, I therefor had a 50% off code and this only cost me £4.75, still quite a price for such a small size tube of cream but ...  Read the complete review

The Body Shop is one of my favourite shops for all things...well... body! I have constant dark shadows under my eyes as the result of an illness and I really hate them. It's something that I am so hyper aware of. They're not particularly noticeable sometimes, and then other times I look like I'm 96 instead of 26! Seriously, some days I have bags under my eyes that you could put your shopping in! I wanted something to moisturise and care for this very delicate skin around my eyes. Enter the Body Shop's Aloe Eye Defence. ~~~ The Bottle ~~~ Aloe Eye Defence comes in a little milky/clear plastic bottle with a white pump top and a clear ...  Read the complete review

As I have mentioned in other reviews, my dark under eye circles are the bane of my life and I am always on the look out for a product that will help to reduce them. Recently my search turned to the Body Shop. I had also started to get dry, red patches at the outer corners of my eyes and was desperate to find something to tackle them. One of my favourite things about the Body Shop is their fabulous consultants, who are always really keen to recommend and demonstrate products to meet your specific requirements. I use moisturiser and face serum from their Vitamin E range, and there is a similar eye serum in that range, but my consultant recommended the Aloe Vera ...  Read the complete review

As an ex customer consultant for the body shop, i loved being able to test all of the products and i have to admit, i was absolutely hooked and feel in love with the Aloe Vera range, as i have always suffered from sensitive skin. I had decided to give the Aloe Eye Defense a try as i suffer from very sore and sensitive eyes a lot and hadn't come across an eye product that actually soothed my sensitive peepers. Now what i love about the Aloe range at the body shop, is it's specifically made for sensitive skin, thats easily irritated, prone to allergies, flaky and itchy, which sums my skin up in one !
