I had some of the night cream a while back and as I needed some new lotion for during the day and wanted one that contains an SPF I thought I would give this one a go as I love The Body Shops products.
The Aloe range is aimed at those with sensitive skin, I suffer with mild eczema by my eye I tend to get away with most products. I have combination skin and really struggle trying to find products that suit my skin. I do normally go for Body Shops range of seaweed products but fancied a change.
This tube is nothing special to look at as you can tell from the picture. As it is a tube it is aloth easier to apply than with a tub and more hygenic which is especially good if you suffer from very sensitive skin.
This lotion contains an SPF 15 which is ideal for everyday use but certainly not enough for prolonged exposure. At thirty I am shocked at how much I mistreated and ignored my skin was as a teenager but i am trying to make up for that a bit now.
The lotion has a slight green tinge to it and hardly any scent at all. I believe it is completly fragrance free. It holds its shape when speequed out of the tube, not all thin and watery.
This is easily smoothed over the skin and sinks in very well. A little goes rather a long way which means that a small tube containing just 50ml for £10 is actually going tolast rather a long time.
Tis doesn't leave mskin feeling overloaed or loking shiny. My skin feels soft and smooth after using this and I don't suffer spots or any irritation.
This is a fantastic every day product that I will be sticking with for a long time to come now. Well worth the price for the protection and softness it gives.
There are a whole range of other Aloe products for the face and body also available.
