Having combination skin which gets oily easily during the day, I really struggle with moisturisers as they usually make my skin greasy and clogged. Although my skin gets oliy, it also sometimes gets dryness too. I already used the seaweed face wash, of which I am a HUGE fan, so I decided to try this day cream.

The first thing I noticed is that it feels very soft and moisturising, but not at all greasy. It has a refreshing feel to it (I think this is what Body Shop mean when the say "gel-like" in the description. It is medium-thick - it is not particularly runny, but blends in very easily and feels refreshingly damp rather than creamy. It absorbs into the skin very effectively, and my face feels both moisturised and refreshed at the same.

The day cream really makes my skin feel smoother and more conditioned, but it also seems to reduce redness and make my skin tone more consistent and radiant. I usually wear makeup on top of it every day, but on the days when I don't have time I find this day cream has enough immediate impact on the look and feel of my skin that I still feel "done" enough to go out and about. Fabulous!
