What about this thermal water, I used to think it often helps me to prevent fatigue, even redness of any parts of body skin. "Vichy" products look good and we can buy it in almost every Pharmacy in our town.
It is universal, easy to use product for any types of skin. For example, in summer we need some cosmetic products after sun, insects, sea swimming, cold and hot winds, so "Vichy" water has a lot of rare minerals inside, which are very useful and soothes skin, make us feel more comfort and free.
I know some girls really use this spray as daily toner, me too. It often makes better feelings when we need it. The product has such an easy ingredients, just a thermal water from the french province Vichy with the same name. In my opinion and after my own experience I should say that I'm agree with it. So this spray can well moisturise, refresh and almost at once. I hope these cosmetic products are really harmless and this skin care is naturally as it seems.
When I bought it was some actions and I have gotten two water sprays instead of one. Maybe it was the good reason too after ingredients. But other "Vichy" cosmetic products have impressed me good however there are a lot of ingredients except natural thermal spring water. The water has no smell, it looks like a usual water in spray, but it does have some effects in our skincare anyway.
I am a fan of face mists especially to set my makeup or hydrate my skin whenever my skin is dry. I usually purchase Avene, but decided to skip it to buy the cheaper Vichy, which I think is supposed to be better, as it has minerals, helps to decongest and also suitable for sensitive skin like mine. Vichy has 17 minerals and 13 trace elements, and claims to suitable for all skin types. It also claims to help sooth sensitive skin, strengthens skin immunity and refreshes the skin and is presevative and fragrance free.
The bottle comes in a "hairspray like" container, and the cap opens up easily. The spray comes out evenly, but has a slightly saltish smell and taste to it. Possibly because of the thermal spa water. It does not absorb that quickly, even on my somewhat dry part of the skin (my skin is combination). I think it takes more than 20 seconds before your skin feels fully hydrated.
Throughout the day, you will have to re-spray, depending on your skin condition. However, I felt that too much spraying may also lead to breakouts, possibly due to the minerals.
One thing it does do well is that it soothes the skin. But I feel most of the face mist does. So it is not really that special.
However, as to setting my makeup, this product is a NO. It actually melts the makeup instead. I did not realise this until checking on it online, that this product can be used as a makeup remover! So stick with Avene or Evian if you want a perfect looking makeup.
I think this product is a half-half. I would stick to Avene.
