As with all of the Virgin Vie products i've invested in, I first tried this at a Virgin Vie party. At the time I was very conviced as to its reputedly magic effects in reducing puffiness and making eyes look clear and beautiful....sadly I am less convinced now I've used it for a while than I was back then. It comes in a clear tube and has to be patted on around the eye socket, apparently this draws out excess fluid etc and refreshes the whole eye area.
