Easy to use bread maker with great results every time (Breville AWT BR8)

We bought this bread machine shortly after we got married five years ago to replace a smaller bread machine. As with most people, we were lured by the idea of having the smell of freshly baked bread in our house, as well as being able to eat bread and know exactly what had gone into it. The bread machine comes with an instruction book and separate Anthony Worrall Thompson recipe book, packed full of bread, cake and jam ideas. The first loaf we made was called "Chocolate Bread" and it was extremely yummy! The bread maker also makes 'regular' loaves of bread, as well as wheat and gluten free bread. For me though, the real benefit is all the fancy loaves you can make, such as fruit bread and gingerbread - there are countless mouth-watering recipes. You can also make jam easily (no thermometer required!) and once you've tasted home made jam, you'll never buy shop-bought jam again - trust me! Technically, the bread maker is easy to use - simply measure the ingredients out in the order they appear in each recipe into the machine, then press the appropriate button (depending on what you're making), select your loaf size and crust colour ... and off you go! The bread slips out easily after baking (something that I found a problem with my last bread maker) and cleaning is just a case of wiping down, thanks to the non-stick surface. An excellent bread machine!
