If you can make a cup of coffee you can bake a perfect loaf. With the Breville Breadmaster all you need to do is put the ingredients into the mixer bowl, just like putting coffee into a cup, then set the timer, wait a few hours, then turn out hot fresh bread. The need not to knead the dough, need not to 'prove' the mixture saves time, energy and above all failures. An ability to weigh out the ingredients is all that is required.
But don't think it's a cheaper, economic way of getting your daily bread. Your desire for perfect freshness, the aroma of fresh bread, your own choice of ingredients must outweigh the need to slice costs.
All in all a big thumps-up.
