Advantages: Waking up to fresh bread

Fresh bread is a smell that everybody loves, which is why the supermarket pump it around the stores to make us buy it. I love the smell but, hate the making process of all that kneading and proving and all the washing up that goes with it. So when i was given my Bush BM538 Breadmaker i was a little taken back as it wasn'y somthing i had ever thought of buying for myself. I went out and brought the correct flour and yeast and not looked back since. I usally prepare the ingredient just befor i go to bed and set the timer tomake a loaf ready for breakfast. Waking up to the smell of fresh bread is wounderful. If we are having a rustic home made soup i bake a rustic loaf with poppy seed and sunflower seed. There are 10 easy to use programes which include jam. Its capcity of 2.5 Lb's is just right for my family of four. using the dough settings it make pizza bases, doughnut mixture with out any of the mess and a far healthier option that the shop brought options.
