I have recently purchased a stainless steel Cookworks Breadmaker, it was packaged well and came complete with measuring cup and measuring spoon but sadly no manual. The bread is gorgeous and have used another Dooyoo subscribers recipe which has turned out brilliantly. The bread never sticks and makes a lovely 2lb loaf. I have tried the crusty bread on setting one and I find this to be the setting I use most. Have not tried to make cakes or jam (as I have read some people use it for) in it yet! Very very pleased with it and a lot less noiser than my old Morphy Richards one. I have worked out how to use all the settings in the menu except the delay timer, I can see it can be programmed for up to 13 hours in advance just don't know how to set it, has anyone any tips?
