Advantages: You know exactly what's in your nice fresh bread.

Disadvantages: Due to the kneading arm the loaf has a hole in the bottom!

I requested this breadmaker as an engagement present and I'm so very glad I did!

There not much I can add to the above review except that you shouldn't feel you have to stick rigidly to recipes in the book. For example I substitute olive oil for melted butter, and one of the cups of white flour for wholemeal flour. Yummy!

Practice first and you'll soon get to know your machine and what works and what doesn't (and have fun trying!).

The timer function is very useful imagine waking up to fresh bread in the morning!

Morphy Richards have suberb customer service as well. I'm actually on my second breadmaker! They replaced my first after it started tripping the electricity! Other than that I've had no problems with it and would really recommmend this machine!

Summary: Have a bit of fun and play a little with the recipes!
