Advantages: simple and easy to use
Disadvantages: difficult to dislodge the paddle
I love this bread maker, I bought it of a friend how had received it as an unwated Christmas present and have not had to buy a loaf of bread yet!!!!
Its simple, easy to use in its operation and the instruction booklet with the receipes are so simple to understand that a child could follow them.
I did however lose my instruction book, and ended up buying a bread cookbook from waterstones for a tenner and it is the perfect compliment to my breadmaker.
i no longer buy strong bread flour but normal plain flour works just as well and i can make a loaf of bread for around 30p, which is cheaper than buying the supermarkets own value brand and is much nicer tasting.
I buy the 60p packet yeast and one little sachet makes 3 loaves of bread, 1.5k of plain flour makes 3 loaves of bread and the only additional bits i need is a bag of caster sugar, some salt and some sunflower oil, all of which the cost is negligible when you consider how long it will last for.
I can not recommend this bread maker enough, I make a loaf every couple of days in the evening so that i have fresh bread for the morning.
the bread keeps for about 4 days in an airtight container once it has been cut.
Summary: a great product that makes wonderful bread
