i usualy buy ready made pancakes as i am a realy rubbish cook, not that you can call making pancakes cooking.

I went to my local shop and looked at the packets of batter mix which were 89p read the back and i needed to get eggs and milk to add to them so i read what i needed to use betty crockers bottle which was 99p and all i needed to add was water so it cost me less.

It is a plastic bottle with a powdered mix in the bottom and all you do is add water to the line on the bottle and shake the bottle for about 1 minute, your pancake mix is ready to go.

Me being possibly the rubbishest cook in history, they stuck to the pan, my ceiling and everything else in sight but they tasted great.

The bottle is ideal for pouring streight into your pan and we had 9 lovely pancakes out of this bottle.
