“ Brand: Dorset Cereals / Type: Cereal „
I've gone MAD on this cereal at the minute, I first got a box when it was on special offer in Tesco and the box was only £1.24. The thing is they've reeled me in big time because now I've finished the cheapo box I'm stuck with spending £2.50 on each box..... and I can get through one in a couple of days because I love it sooooooo much so it's going to turn into a bit of an expensive fave!
It's Fruit And Fibre but instead of having all the boring dried fruit in it this cereal has got pineapple, papaya, coconut and flame raisins mixed in. There are also 2 different sized flakes in the box, one is just a bit smaller than cornflakes but the other flakes are a lot smaller and crispier. One BIG bonus is that the raisins are MASSIVE so if you're like me and pick them out then it's a lot easier than normal sized raisins! lol
The flakes are majorly crunchy, I don't have much milk on my cereal so it's just the bottom layer that go a bit soggy. Actually they don't go all that soggy even when you leave them sitting in the milk for a bit and the milk also gets a delish sweet flavour from the fruit.
The pieces of pineapple and papaya are quite big and are yummy, they're a bit chewy like dried fruit but have got a delish moist middle and they taste wickedly sweet and fruity. They deffo make this Fruit And Fibre taste more exotic than most of the other brands and that makes it feel like more of a treat..... not just any old breakfast cereal.
I love it when you get a spoon that has got some coconut on because they are big bits so you can really taste them, the only let down for me is that there isn't as much coconut in the box as I wish there had been because I love it so much! lol
Recommended......... healthy and delish!!!
