As a child this was a cereal I was never able to have. We were only able to get the stuff that I compare to cardboard. You know no flavor make you gag when you try to eat it. Any way I was doing my monthly shopping when I saw these on special. I figured what the hey and tossed them into my basket. I am not sure of all the health stuff and to be honest I really don't want to look at it.
