Advantages: taste great, with a sweet kick

Disadvantages: A touch pricey

Frosties is probably the biggest selling cereal and longest running cereal there is. I remember when I was a kid that was all we really ate and it was like a never ending box, but as I got older I realized that the reason it seemed so never ending is because my parents use to buy it a hell of a lot so that we would never be without cereal, and the reason it was frosties was simple, it was the house favorite.
When I started to purchase the cereal for my self (for when I have cereal) I realized how pricey it is, I get the 750grams box and it will last for maybe a week and a half maybe 2 weeks, but the cereal is very sentimental to me, also I enjoy the taste. Sometimes late in the evening when I'm in a mood for a good snack I'll take my frosties and sit on the sofa and just eat it dry right out of the box.

This cereal is very much aimed at kids but it's just as nice for us adults who are big kids at heart, with Tony the tiger as the icon of the cereal telling us "There Grrrrrrreat", with the tiger holding the bowl with the sparkling frosties, they look so appealing and something about things that sparkle seems to keep kids (and sometimes women) enthralled, this cereal is a must have.

The packaging is a deep blue box with "Kelloggs Frosties" at the top
and Tony the Tiger holding the bowl with 1 paw underneath the writing, the top right holds a small nutrition guideline of a daily amount which is:
each 30gram serving contains:
Calories=113 sugars=11g fat=0.2g 0.03g salt 0.3g
But lets be honest it's all about the Tiger and the tiger is probably one of the most famous food icons there is.

When you open the top of the box you find another plastic bag in in the box that holds the Frosties inside.
When you break this thick (and quite tough) plastic bag the aroma of the cereal hits you a lot harder than other cereals would, as you take your first mouthful of the cereal with the milk added the first thing you relies is that it is a lot sweeter than you initially reliesd but I don't think its too sweet, the nutrition part does say that it's got a lot of sugar in the box but it doesn't taste like a lot, it just tastes sweeter than all the other sweet cereals out there.
The flakes are a light crispy crunch, as you bite down onto them a sweet taste is released into your mouth, but don't get me wrong it don't taste like pure sugar but it is sweet.

you can pick up this cereal from your nearest supermarket around the same price, This Kelloggs Frosties 750g box costs around £2.25. just remember that when you are finished with the box for the day fold over the plastic bag or get a bag clip to stop the flakes from drying out otherwise this cereal will taste horrible.

Final thoughts
I fully recommend this cereal for the people who have a little bit of a sweet tooth, its been a favorite cereal of mine and I am not about to change that.

Summary: A treasure for the whole family
