Advantages: Tasty, healthy-ish, not too sweet
Disadvantages: Pricey
I am a huge fan of cereal, often having some as a snack as well as for breakfast. This is one of my faves and despite it being pretty costly I buy it often as I love it so much!
It is basically wheat flakes, with toasted rice, oats and a honey flavour. Not being a huge fan of honey itself I like how this cereal is not too sweet or too honey-ish, it is just the right amount of sweetness in my opinion. It is very much like a muesli, like Alpen or something, but without the dried fruit part (whcih I hate in muesli!).
The 325g box is normally around the £3 mark, or just under, but I have spotted a few offers recently where you can get two boxes for around £4 which isn't so bad. There are 3 sizes available of this cereal, I can't remember what size the other two are but the larger one will cost you about £4. So it isn't cheap, but what makes it more costly for me is that it is so tasty I finish a box in no time so it doesn't last long!
Being Special K it is meant to be healthier / less calories / fat etc, though to be perfectly honest I just buy it because I like it, not because I am on a diet!
Treat yourself to a box (though be warned, it gets addictive!).
Summary: Expensive but so worth it!
