Mmmmmmm these nuggets are most definately golden! I am a massive cereal-eater. I do admit to having days of just eating bowls of sugary cereal and not much else (really bad I know). But for me, there is nothing better than a nice big bowl of cereal and lots of cold milk; and Golden Nuggets is up there as one of my favourites.

Golden Nuggets are basically squareish balls of crunchy yellow cereal. The cereal does become soft when you put the milk on, but it is definately not one of those cereals which goes soggy after 2 minutes (Cornflakes springs to mind!) It soaks in a nice amount of milk, just enough to take away the dryness, but not too much to make it soggy.

The taste of the cereal is not too overpowering; it is quite subtle. It has almost a honey taste which saturates into the milk as well. My favourite part is drinking the left-over honey milk afterwards; absolutely delicious!

Without even looking at the nutritional information, I could guess that these are not exactly a healthy cereal. I'm sure that they are full of a lot of sugar. Probably has low nutritional value too. (But I am willing to sacrifice) If you are a health freak, then obviously this cereal is not for you.
