“ Brand: Tesco / Type: Cereal „
I enjoy bran flakes with sultanas as the slight 'bitterness' of the bran flakes is balanced with the sweetness of the sultanas. The result is quite a tasty yet very healthy morning breakfast cereal.
Here is the nutritional information (per 30g serving)
per 100g per 30g (with 125 ml semi-skimmed milk)

As you may imagine, the cereal is very low on calories. However, unfortunately it is also quite high on sugar which is the only draw back. However, if you're like me in the morning i crave a quick sugar fix - therefore these are ideal and a much healthier option than the daily croissant i used to consume.
At £1.61 these are cheaper than the main brand Kellogs, and as far as i can tell of similar nutritional value.
I like how these are so healthy and they are have a decent taste too. The only thing which does get on my nerves about this cereal is that i find that there are almost too many sultanas which i end up picking out. Also if you eat these every morning then you're bound to get bored after a while, like anything else.
These are nice with yoghurt or fruit cut up over it - if you're really after a kick start to your 5-a-day!
Finally these are also packed full of vitamins which makes me feel quite pleased with myself when i've finished a bowl.
