At the moment I am staying at my mates pub once again lol. What has this got to do with this cereal I hear you think?! Well my friend provides this as a breakfast type item on her menu, in a one portion sachet type things and so I have been munching through them regularly! The Packaging: Whether you get these in a box or a sachet like me from what I know of this cereal the packaging looks the same no matter the size you choose to purchase this in. I love Alpen and could happily eat it anywhere, anytime, but I had always eaten Alpen Original, which has added sugar. Since being diagnosed as a diabetic I have been trying very hard to control my blood sugar levels using as low a dose of tablets as possible, so I have been trying to weed out products containing sugar. As I said I love Alpen Original and was dubious as to how I would feel about a sugar free version, but I decided to give it a go. The Alpen boxes all have much the same design apart from the fact that the different types are in different coloured boxes so when you're looking for Alpen No Added Sugar in the supermarket this ...
