“ Type: Cereal „
To be perfectly honest - in my opinion these taste just like Cheerio's but with a Disney Princess twist. I bought them in especially for my very fussy eater niece in the hope that i may be able to coax her into eating breakfast if it had a picture of Cinderella on the box.... if we can get through one meal in the day without fuss then its a bonus. My daughter sampled them first, then my husband - and we all agree - these taste just like Cheerios.
However, in my opinion these are better than Cheerios for a number of reasons: -
1. The price - every pound shop ive visited recently has stocked them (whereas Cheerios are about double that!)
2. They stay much fresher for longer - my big gripe with Cheerios is that they dont stay fresh for very long and go hard and stale within days... these dont.
3. Its Princess cereal! What little girl would not want to eat it.
4. They have probiotic included to boost good bacteria.
This cereal is a good wholegrain addition to any breakfast table... and your child will be thrilled with the Disney novelty!
Save yourself some money and make the cereal switch!
these little stars are absolute lifesavers! I have a three year old girl who would not eat breakfast for love nor monry! thats until we spotted these little stars in iceland. They are all shaped as little stars and are pink and cream in colour and really are quite tasty... even for adults! i believe the pink stars are strawberry flavour and the cream ones are vanilla flavour. they also contain wholegrain and a whole load of vitamins and iron to keep the whole family healthy! (even my partner couldn't resist them!) there are only two faults i could find wih them, the first being that they were a little too crunchy for my daughters teeth so i had to soak them in milk for a minute or so before giving them to her and the other is that they are not very readily available and can be quite a challenge to find! ooh there is one more thing i have to add... they turn the milk pink, how much cooler is that than brown for little girls?!
i absolutely love this to bits, this is one of the best cereals i have ever had and i would definantly recommend this to any person wishing to buy a taste lovely cereal.
This cereal is fortified with 40% of your iron and vitamins recommended daily.Who could possibly resist the taste and texture of this divine and scrumptious cereal.
This cereal is packed with whole grain goodness and also contains your guideline daily allowance of iron and vitamins.
The taste is the best factor of this cereal because as soon as you put the cereal in your mouth you can taste the chocolate almost instantly and also the chocolate is not too strong so it doesn't make you feel as if you have consumed too much chocolate.
In taste rating a i am going to give this a 10/10 for many reasons and one of them is because the taste of the chocolate puts most wee known chocolate cereal brands too shame and that for me is a good reason why this is one of the best cereals on the market to date.
As soon as i put the cereals in my mouth i could taste all different flavors and i could also feel the smooth rich texture which made me gag for more and more until i could eat no more.
Wheatabix really deserve this rating because they have done a good job with the taste.
As soon as you open the cereal box you can smell all the flavors very strongly and those two flavors are the weetabix and the chocolate.
You can smell the chocolate very strongly and in most other chocolate cereals you cant even smell the chocolate.
An added bonus which makes the smell even stronger is the wheat, for some odd reason the wheat makes the chocolate smell more defined which then makes the chocolate smell stronger.
I am going to rate this a 10/10 on smell because the smell was one of the reasons that made me beg for more when i ate my first serving of the dish.
The packaging was the reason why i even brought this chocolate in the first place.
I was in morisons shopping for food until this cereal caught the corner of my eye, if it was not for the packaging i would not have even brought this cereal in the first place.
When it comes to shopping i am very aware of what i am buying and i always try to buy the best cereal at a reasonable price.
On the cover of this cereal it shows wheatabix minis falling from the sky and it also show the type of chocolate they used at the bottom of the package and you can not forget the fact that they put their signature logo in the middle.
I am going to rate this a 10/10 on packaging because it has been well made and is very eye catching.
You can buy this at stores like morisons, tescos and asdas......
this cereal costs about 2.40-2.50 which is a really big bargain considering that this cereals is delicious and lovely.
You can also buy this at some corner shops for a short increase in price for about 2.55-2.70.
I am going to rate this a 10/10 on price because it is worth the quality of the cereal and it is very cheap compared to other cereals.

We eventually found these for sale (on offer one time only) in Iceland and having a daughter who encompasses all things Princess means she homed in on them the second she saw them.
You get a decent sized box to be honest with a good few breakfast's worth in each. The stars inside are pink and cream in colour and are about the size of a Weeto or a Golden Nugget if you are familiar with either of those cereals.
The pink ones are the strawberry flavoured ones and to be honest I believe the cream coloured ones are also strawberry flavour and they just made them different colours to make it more interesting and pretty.
The strawberry flavouring seems quite false to me and I wouldn't enjoy a whole bowl of these, and my daughter actually agreed as well. She really wanted to enjoy these due to the packaging but unfortunately they fell short of her expectations.
We did finish the box but it took a while and we haven't brought any more since, although this is partly due to the fact that we can't find them for sale anywhere. Sainsburys do sell them but not in our local store so that's no help.
My daughter preferred to eat these dry as well as they went too soggy in milk. Dry, they remained crispy and crunchy and the strawberry flavouring didn't seem to be so apparent.
If only they could make pink Coco Rocks....
A great way for little princesses to start the day, Weetabix Disney Princess Stars are delicious strawberry-flavoured stars, full of all the goodness of multigrain with added prebiotic to help boost friendly bacteria and keep little tummies healthy and happy. They taste so good they're bound to get the royal seal of approval, while you can be sure your kids are getting a nutritious breakfast!
