I ve set up and am using six of these routers at a certain company with offices around London and have been using them for a few years now and was done as an upgrade from the Draytek Vigor 2600 and 2800 routers that were previously in use. The reason for the upgrade to the 2950 was due to the VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection being slow with the previous models. This was probably due to the processor in the router not being powerful enough to encrypt and decrypt the data more quickly. The 2950 has a ded... 	Draytek Vigor 2820 ... NOT USE THE DRAYTEK VIGOR 2820 IN A COMMERCIAL INSTALLATION. The router is not stable as a VPN concentrator and simply locks up with the activity light still flashing. With over 6 months of ongoing support ticket with Draytek and many change this, try this firmware, change of hardware, still this 2820 router fails to be reliable. We have used Draytek routers for many years without any problems so no this is not a general bitch about this vendor. The bitch is about this router which is touted as a successfully replacement for the 2800 series, which it is clearly not. It simply is not a reliable router. 	Draytek Vigor 2600 ... ve been through 5 different routers all have been poor until this one. This may cost a bit more than the d-link, netgear etc ones but it s well worth the money! It has been stable ever since we purchased it in Dec 2004, it has never crashed as many cheaper routers do, since the last power cut we had it s been connected 24/7. It has a port in the back for a USB printer, which also works fine. Draytek i have heard have excellent support (never used them myself as i have had no need). There are no bad points really, the only thing, and i mean the only thing i can think of is what it looks like, they could have made it a bit more curvy... Which doesn t really matter as l...
