Draytek Vigor 2820

I've been using several draytek vigor 2820's for the last 4 months or so for a new wan deployment at work and can say that they have been flawless in almost every way. We are using them to connect our smaller sites over single ADSL connections backed up with a USB 3g modem to an Enterprise Draytek 2950 and haven't had any real issues with them. DO NOT USE THE DRAYTEK VIGOR 2820 IN A COMMERCIAL INSTALLATION. The router is not stable as a VPN concentrator and simply locks up with the activity light still flashing. With over 6 months of ongoing support ticket with Draytek and many change this, try this firmware, change of hardware, still this 2820 router fails to be reliable. We have used Draytek routers for many years without any problems so no this is not a general bitch about this vendor.
