Nortel Nautica 200
Not only are the Nautica 200 and Nautica 250 affordable, they are also inexpensive to own. ISDN usage costs are minimized by automatically bringing up a link when there is data to transfer and closing down the link once traffic has stopped for a specified amount of time. The Nautica Wizard also provides an immediate warning if PC clients ask it to make an excessive volume of ISDN calls, or very long calls or if total ISDN usage is above normal in any 24 hour period. The alarm also notifies the user of a poorly configured PC that is causing unnecessary ISDN calls. |
