I ended up buying this after having a shot of it at my friend's house. at the time my Hair seemed to get irritated with the normal products that I was using although I don't tend to get any bother with Perfumed products I just thought a Gentle Shampoo would help to give my Hair a little change. I now often alternate between which shampoos I use to avoid frizz. My hair is very curly and gets tangled up quite easily, so usually I look for shampoos and conditioners which can help untangle knots and remove frizz from my hair, thus picking a gentle shampoo/conditioner is wise.
