... powder was designed for oily hair, styling fine hair and root touch ups. It's to be used to dry hair and works best when your hair is slightly oily or basically a little bit greasy. Judging from the information I've found it's basically a dry shampoo with a bit of a difference, it aims to brighten your colour and cover up any roots while a typical dry shampoo will merely aim to combat the grease in your hair rather than anything else. For Christmas I opened up my beauty and hair care goody bag, which Father Christmas faithfully remembers to pack every year, to discover a bottle of Bumble and Bumble's Hair Powder for brown hair. At first I thought it was just another dry shampoo product similar to those sold by Batiste to remove grease from your hair when you don't have time to wash it. However I was quite excited to discover that it was something a little different, it's designed to enhance and colour your hair as well as blending in your roots in between colour your hair.
