Back in the day when I had a more bulky handy cam type video camera I had one of the belkin camera cases. I think I still have it tucked away with the camera in it and that goes to show it worked ok and was built to last.
I picked this one because it had a good amount of storage about it and also had a carry strap and was made from thick well finished material. The bag looked tidy with easy use fixings and it kept my camcorder safe and ready for me to use when I needed it.
The bag was multi use and had a main top load compartment for me to slip the camcorder in and out. I didn't have any problems with doing this and the bag worked fine for me. The shoulder strap was very useful for me when I was carrying the bag and gave enough support.
The bag was weather and water resistant but not water proof and it could get wet and is not really an all weather camera bag.I think it is very well made and built to last along time. I would say its very durable.
The size of this bag is about 1 ft or 30cms long and it will fit a good amount of camera gear in it. The width is about half that and the height is about the same. I think its a good size for a useful camera bag to be. The added strap and belt loop can be helpful and I used the strap but have not tried out the belt loop.
Inside the bag is a compartment divider useful for the camera to give added protection. Plenty of pockets on this bag give a lot of space for extras and I think the whole thing is good. The zips on mine still work ok and the clips are in good shape too.
I would recommend this bag and it can still be bought for about £8. I think thats very good value for such a great camera bag.
