      Very helpful

      really good camera case

I have owned this camera case for four or five years having picked it up for around £5. I have to say it is very practical and I have been very happy with it and would thoroughly recommend anyone buy it.

The case is made of canvas and has a zip the runs from one side, over the top and down the other side. The top and sides are grey, the front blue and the back is black. You can easily fit the modern compact digital cameras inside, but I believe it was probably first made in the days when compact digital cameras were a little bulkier as there is a lot of room to spare. Inside, the case is lightly padded and you have a little netted section where you can slide in spare memory cards.

For some reason the front on the outside also has a netted section. I have never really understood what this is for as anything you put in there will be on show - anyway if you do fancy using it there is just enough space for something that is credit card sized. Another thing I have never understood is why this netted section has a draw string on it. This seems to serve no other purpose than to crush the case....

The best part for me is that the back has a carabiner attached to it. I recently walked up a mountain with some friends and while they had to stop to get their cameras out of their bags whenever they wanted to take a picture, I could just attach the case to my belt with the carabiner and take the camera out whenever I felt like it. If you are daft enough to want to use the carabiner when you go mountaineering you will be relieved to know there is a warning on it saying it is not for climbing.

I can't really think of any disadvantages - this is just a good practical camera case that comes at a good price.
