      Disadvantages

This is a great product, idea for anyone with a digital camera they need to protect!

I bought this case to protect my digital camera, and it has really justified the money spent. I went for this over a hard case, as I find I tend to crack them. This is a neat little case. It has a little strap on the back, which allows you to attach it to your belt, an you can also attach a neck loop to it. It has a neat little compartment inside it, which can be used while the camera is in the main compartment. This additional compartment is perfect for holding two batteries (and I even managed to get a spare memory card in there too!). It zips closed to ensure the camera cannot fall out. As for protection, this is great. I've dropped my camera on numerous occasions, and it has emerged unscathed. Although there may not seem to be much padding, there is enough for short falls (say, from waist height). This means it's not too bulky to carry. I would just not test the drop height too much... it almost fell off the roof of my car once, and it was almost the end of my camera! But for a minimal outlay of about £15, it' works a treat. Oh, this is aimed at the chunkier camera, rather than the slim cameras you sometimes find. Overall, this is a decent, lightweight and durable camera case. It's aimed more for the adventurous lifestyle... mine went to Mongolia and stood up very well. And the protection offered to the camera is good enough for most pruposes. Great value for money, and a must if you have a camera!
