Sigma 70-210mm F/4.5-5.6 UC Zoom Lens
Canon EF 24-105 mm f/4 L IS USM
Superb build quality and excellent optical performance. IS works flawlessly.
Noticable barrel distortion at 24mm. Just beacuse it's an L lens, don't expect prime sharpness.

Convenient and easy to use
Lower quality than a macro tube lens
Sigma 500mm F/4.5 APO DG HSM
managable size, sharp, good build, great HSM, value
shortish hood, fractionally less contrast than nikon/canon competition
