An elegant and attractive compact camera that is light, easy to carry around and very easy to use. I bought it last year for a wedding and then promptly lost it. After trying various other cameras, I ended up buying another Canon Ixus! It is a stylish camera with a high quality stainless steel casing. There a small number of easy to use settings and a usable viewing screen. The pictures and video recordings are high quality and perfect for most leisure and business uses. As an estate agent, I have occasionally used it in an emergency for preparing property particulars and found the quality good. Images are sharp (evens at the edges of the picture) and colours strong. There is built in red eye correction which seems to work. Shutter lags seem acceptable to me. Downloading pictures is straightforward. The camera is lightweight and fits easily into a shirt or trouser pocket. Generally a very satisfactory product.
