Alice went on a school trip to The Lowry Gallery in Manchester last week, we'd already been told that the kids wouldn't be allowed to take photos inside the gallery but she still wanted to take a camera to get some snaps of her friends dossing in shopping centre. I was going to lend her my camera, but the day before she was due to go I noticed a big pile of Kodak Ultra Day single use cameras in Poundstretcher - at just £1.69 each it would have been rude not to buy a few! I've got a brill Sony Cybershot camera which I love but on the spur of the moment me and my mate decided to go down to the Hagley Road to see if we could see the pope in his popemobile! lol Well we thought the main thing at Cofton Park was happening 2 mins away and the roads all round our houses were closed so we might as well see what all the fuss was about.
