Minolta Vectis 300:
... my opinion, the Minolta make is good. I bought my Minolta vectis 300 as a replacement for another Minolta Camera which was stolen. I originally had a vectis 100 and that had given me a couple of yers of very good service. The 300 is an APS camera, allowing the user to select Compact, HDTV and panoramic views. The camera can support Date and caption printing (if your developer can) as well as index print cap... Read the full review: Minolta Vectis 300 by coldpenguin |

Minolta Dynax 303si ... Minolta Dynax 303si is the cheapest in the Dynax range, and thus has the least features. That said, this SLR camera has all the features that I need, plus more. I wanted an SLR camera to give me a better chance at taking better photos (I have never been able to aim at all accurately when the view finder is above the lens). I also did not want to spend too much money, nor did I want a camera with too many gadgets gizmos and features to ?play? with. The Minolta Dynax 303si , seemed to fit with what I needed. It is a 35mm camera, so there?s no option of picture format and you will have to load the film. This simply means putting the film cassette in and pulling the... Minolta 300si ... am a long way from being any kind of photographer – the majority of my pictures are taken with an idiot proof camera of reasonable quality. Since this has now given up the ghost and gone to the great tripod in the sky, I decided to borrow my father in laws camera to see how I get along with it before buying a new one. This camera is the Minolta Dynax 300si to give its full title! On looking at the camera, it looks pretty daunting to someone who is used to three button cameras! One button to remove the lens cap and one button to turn on the flash, and one to take the picture! Despite the 8 (?) buttons I carried on regardless and examined the camera in detail. ... Minolta 505si ... rather than just holiday snaps. What I wanted was an SLR. But what to choose? With prices ranging from £100 - £1000 (and more!) I had to think long and hard. I didn't want to spend more than £300 as an absolute maximum but I wanted something that would introduce me to photography gently. Something that would allow me to take holiday snaps as well as exercise a bit more creativity. The Minolta 505si fitted the bill admirably, and still does although there are now perhaps better cameras available. The first thing you notice about the camera is that, for an SLR, it is small. And light! Even with a standard lens attached, it's probably one of the lightest S... Read the full review: Minolta Dynax 505si - A good intro to SLR Photography by LegendaryMrDude |
