I have a Nikon F70 from some year, practically from when it was put in commerce. I will not spend my time (and your) describing the Nikon quality: body and lens are optimal. The thing that I have found most interesting is the programs: if as an example the program "People" is selected the camera chooses automatically the best combination speed/aperture in order to obtain a perfect photo of the subject, and wanting, there is a range of other combinations speed/aperture which can be selected also. If you are thinking of buying a Nikon F70 i would say that you are already half way to deciding on getting a great camera. The F70 is one of the finest camera around As long as you use it with the Nikon range of lenses You should have no problems. it has eight programs for differing photographic subjects. Small tip - to activate the programs you must be on F22. When you buy the Nikon F70 you will be given the choice of two lenses. Either a 28-80mm or 35-80mm.
