Olympus IS3000 - Advantages: Superb lens quality, Flash sync at all shutter speeds(ideal for fill-in), 3 exposure modes (Tv,Av,Prog) - Disadvantages: Viewfinder only shows 85% of field of view, No true manual focus facility, ESP metering only works in Program mode
