traveladdict Camping Sites in Zambia: ... this review is about 2 different places we camped at in Zambia - Jollyboys and Fawlty towers in Livingstone Jollyboys - a lovely little site, with cabins for indoor accomodation. Run by two aussies and others, with a keen interest in travel. The site has a pool, table tennis tables, a bar, a book exchange and lounge area, shop, internet access, laundry and good shower areas. No words can describe the pure magic of sharing these few precious moments where the animals unite in their bid for survival in the harsh lands of Africa. Although Zimbabwe’s people are in turmoil, nothing disturbs the warm summer evenings far in the bush where animals roam in the huge park known as Hwange. In 1928 this sanctuary was made to give animals the right to roam free within its 14.600 sq.km boundary. It is home to more than 100 different animals and over 400 species...
