I was quite surprised to see some of the reviews on here so I felt oblidged to write one myself. Have no illusions, do not send your child here. I've first hand experience that staff are undertrained, underpaid, proberly underage too for supervising a night shift starting at 8pm at a ratio of nearly 100-1 child to staff. Fire risk and health and safety issues looked evident and I'm sure a visit will be forthcoming. I saw one eleven year old boy in tears at reception, not allowed to phone his parents because he was being put in issolation for the night for swearing. I saw another child similar age showing a wound to his hand recieved from a blow by another child. After twenty minutes I asked staff if they were ignoring him or are they going to attend to him. I told them, - to put it in the accident book. Bullying is rife, children, or should I say customers, are restricted to communication with people on the outside to such an extreme that I can only imagine that they don't want any parent knowing! This holiday costs a lot, defo not worth it, don't believe what the brochures show you. Take your child and see first hand. Nearly forgot, poor food, and accomodation is dirty and smelly.
