Disadvantages: Finding the place first time

I stayed on this site in June 2008 (once we found it) and what a place. We stayed there in a Eurocamp tent which was adequate if a little hot during the day but the site itself is fabulous. The toilet and washing facilities are the best i've ever experienced. Each block had their own cleaner which were there all day and evening and kept them absolutely spotless!

The site had a couple of big bars, a supermarket which although not cheap was very well stocked as well as a takeaway, restaurant or two, crepery and a huge dolphin shaped swimming pool with lifeguards. There is also a crazy golf course which is a little dated but good for a bit of evening fun. There are plenty of kids clubs and entertainment throughout the day and night as well for those who can't entertain themselves.

Best of all is the stunning private beach that the site has. It's child frendly, beautiful white sand with unbrellas for shade, a volleyball net and also a bar and icecream stall. The sea is shallow and generally calm although there is a slight ridge to get down but once you have it is still only a couple of feet deep then it's very gradual.

This is a large site but isn't especially noisy or rowdy. Pets are even allowed in except late July till Mid-August. It has both tent pitches/caravan pitches and mobile homes available to rent with air conditioning. I can't recommend it enough and can't wait to go back!
