Intro ------ We are regular campers, in fact I am writing this review from a site down in Cornwall, hastily reviewing all the products that we are using whilst on our trip. We brought this one with us, as it is always tricky to dry big towels on a campsite, particularly with our usual weather being perhaps a little worse than ...  Read the complete review

I am not a camper! I do it when and if I really have too. My better other half and my children adore the great outdoors so I have a small amount of camping experience due to being dragged along normally just for an odd weekend thank goodness however I do take part as an adult volunteer for our girl guides club and this summer we went ...  Read the complete review

It might sound daft that a towel would get anything other than five stars because all they do is dry you, but trust me, you can get rubbish towels. You know - the ones that are really un-absorbent, get wet through before you're dry, smell fusty, and dry crispy (everyone has one but we never throw them away!?). Of course, the best towels ...  Read the complete review

Although I wouldn't say I were a 'keen' or regular camper I do sometimes spend nights in my tent, whether it be due to a walking trip or for something to do over the weekend. When I were a Boy Scout we were always instructed to bring a tea-towel with us for drying up the pots! I always found that by the end of the week the weather never ...  Read the complete review

Due to the ghastly cost of petrol nowadays I cycle to and from work each day. This has it's benefits as I'm getting in a nice bit of exercise every day and I'm saving a packet on petrol! Unfortunately if the wind and rain go against me I can arrive at work a bit wetter than when I left! My girlfriend bought me a small microfibre towel to ...  Read the complete review

When I was sorting my stuff out for a weekend away with our friends I realised that my bag was really heavy. The one thing that always bulks up my bag is towels, it is fine when we are going away and staying in a hotel but this was different as we were staying with our friends and so I felt obliged to take my own towels. I tend to use a ...  Read the complete review

Karrimor Ultralite Towel With Little Miss going camping with the Brownies I didn't want her to have too much to carry and so bought one of these travel towels. The towel is advertised as being reduced bulk for the lightweight or solo traveller and is apparently ideal for sports and holidays. The soft fibre ...  Read the complete review
