... bought these for my car as an upgrade to my sound system about 2 months ago. I bought them on a special offer for 34.99 each. For the price the sound quality is very very good, they are powerfull and I found them easy to fit myself. The most difficult part was getting the old speakers out! Alpine SPS 1329S ... just got a new car and felt that the sound system wasn t quite up to scratch, as on most cars, so i went out to get a new set of speakers. I picked up a pair of these Alpine speakers, what attracted to me them first is their looks, its such a shame there going to be hidden behind a speaker grill. Anyway after alot of swearing i finally got them fitted and cranked up the volume and believe me i could notice a big difference. They hit the high notes better thanks to the in built tweeter and a lot deeper bass, but it was also fast and aggressive. JVC CS HX636 ... have fitted these to my Mazda and they are a fantastic product, sounds great in the car. Much louder and clearer than the originals. I also did a bit of head scratching when trying to screw these in place, after reading an earlier review saying to twist them so that the "jvc" logo was pointing towards the front of the car it was then relatively easy. finished the fitting with the clips from the kit and the origional screws. Also, dont know if this makes a difference but I brought the red and white wire into the + connection marked on the speakers and the green and red wire into the - connector, works fine like this. Pioneer TS A132C ... bought this 2-way component speark set and Pioneer TS-E1776 speakers to my first own car. They replaced last owners old ones. If i remember correctly this set cost me about 50 euros. For quite cheap speakers i didn t expect much and i didn t have any A-class stereo in my car. But gladly i was positively suprised how much better it came. The sound had so much more dimension in it and speakers and tweeters can be played quite loud without distortion. That time i enjoyed listening music more than ever and because of these speakers i wanted to have _good_ sound system in my future cars.
