iO PLAY Bluetooth Music Stream Car Kit ... iO Play priced at £150.00 (with free fitting) from Halfords was an absolute steal. Therer are effectively 3 bits to the iO Play, the amp which goes behind the dashboard, the microphone which gets installed typically to the roof lining on drivers side and finally the iO Play unit itself which can be installed wherever you wish (swithin reason!). It is a very stylish device and is very simple to use. The red and green lights flash when you turn on the ignition to confirm that it has paired with your device. It will interrupt whatever is being played i.e. radio, cd, streaming mp3 with an increasing ring tone and a simple press of the green button will answer the call. I... Sony CDX GT424U ... got this CD Player for Christmas to replace my awfully complicated and horribly sounding old CD player and I was, and still am, impressed with the quality of it. The price is a bit steep i ll admit but it s not ridiculously overpriced and it s a well known brand. Sony produce quality products that are reliable as well so yo can t really complain. It s been 6 months now and i ve used it a lot and never had any problems whatsoever with it. It has USB connectivity as well which will play music from any USB mass storage device you happen to have on you so you don t have to carry around a pile of CDs in your car when you re going on a long journey. Ripspeed DV720 ... had this DVD/car sterio for my birthday for my car and i have to say its GREAT! i had it installed by the shop and have never had a problem with it, it comes with a remote control so its just like using the DVD player at home. both picture and sound quality is brill, it definatly beats a standard car sterio. you can also hook up a sub woofer to it and extra screens to go on the back of the headrests.
