Advantages: Value, sound quality and ease of use.

Disadvantages: Cd player skipping two months from new.

Well I decided I'd read the other reviews of this item before I wrote mine and there are a few things worth going through regarding this stereo.

I'll save the bad bit until later, it is, as the others say, simple to use, the menus are easy to navigate and I particularly like that you can restrict the output of the amplifier.... When I originally fitted mine, Which was easy, I only had factory speakers in the car and it was obvious that if I didn't use the option to restrict the amp I'd have blown them. Now I have a decent pair of JBL 6x9s I've removed the restriction and the sound is very good.

The bad side is that since a couple of months after buying mine the CD player started skipping when I play MP3 CDs, which was 99% of the time. I now have to burn 15 track audio CDs instead of 80 track MP3 discs and I'm not impressed, a replacement is soon coming!

Someone else reviewed this and said they can use theirs with their MP3 player, we haven't go the same stereo as each other! Mine has no input on the front panel, no bluetooth and I've listed the rear connections below.

On the back you can connect a remote control and after market adapters are available to allow connections to most manufacturers steering remotes. There is also a twin phono output.

I have a mixed opinion but if I hadn't read the other reviews I'd have slated this and they have fairly reminded me that it has redeeming features.... including price.

Summary: I'd give it a miss, you get what you pay for, spend another £20 on a different one!
