If you are looking for a simple stereo that maybe you want to put in the car to sell the car, or just are not looking for a stereo that allows for mp3 connectivity then this stereo is definatly one you should consider.

The cost of this unit is around £50, and to be expected it is very basic. It has a CD slot which will play copied CD's and will also play the radio. It will play Cd's with mp3/wma tracks on it so you can fit more tracks onto each CD if you wanted to use this facility. There is nothing more that this unit does such as play and mp3 player or bluetooth or even an input for a sub. However, despite it being basic it does what it says very well.

The unit looks quite basic and isnt too 'flashy' as some can be quite obtrusive when put in the car. Being silver it will look good in most cars and the display is very easy to read. It is very simple to use too, with a limited amount of buttons, mainly a scroller button to turn the unit up or down, a source changing button, a track changing button and also the preset radio stations along the bottom, of which you can store 18 different stations.

The unit is easy to fit too, you will just have to make sure that you have all of the correct parts to enable this to fit into your car, such as a fascia or wiring adapter.

The sound quality for a cheap unit isnt too bad either. It was a huge improvement on the standard speakers, however, a more expensive unit is also an improvement on this too! Either way I dont think you would be let down with the sound from this unit.

This unit has been in my friends car for about the past 10 months now and has yet to experience a problem with it, so I would also say that the unit is relatively reliable for such a small price too.

Overall I believe this unit to be great for somebody either on a tight budget or somebody looking for a stereo with limited features. If you want more features then you will be dissapointed with this unit.
