... know. if your screen isnt linked with the interface cable to this unit then you will have to use the remote for all your dvd navigation. this can be somewhat awkward but its only if the interface cable isnt used. as for the operation of this unit i cant fault it. there is very little skipping if being used whilst on the move and thats in my car which as a very hard ride due to sports suspension. if fitted in a normal road going car i wouldnt expect any problems at all. installing this unit is no more difficult that fit...more

this is a personal review of the sdv p7 and anot atechincal one. i currently have this unit connected tho a poineer avh-p6400 cd unit and find it very easy to use. the display on teh front although not anywhere near as exciting as some other units does tell you everything you need to know. if your screen isnt linked with the interface cable to this unit then you will have to use the remote for all your dvd navigation. this can be somewhat awkward but its only if the interface cable isnt used. as for the operation of this unit i cant fault it. there is very little skipping if being used whilst on the move and thats in my car which as a very hard ride due to sports ...
