This is the first after market CD player ive purchased. I was originally attracted to it because of the Sony brand. Its well established and i felt much safer going for this that something else.

It offersa great balance from all aspects. Its decent price for what you get, isnt the loudest of head units on the go, but the sounds is crisp and clear. And its a very simple head unit to use when hooking up to amps or sub woofers.

The remote control is a bit of a redundant feature and used mostly for the "wow" factor, although it does come in handy if your the type to go to car cruises and the likes.

The USB attachment is a really great feature but ive found that not all USB devices are compatible. Things like jump drives work just fine but ive tried hooking my phone up via the usb and playing stored music from that but for some reason the head unit wont register it.

All in all though is a good buy...go for it!
