I bought this particular head unit after hours, in fact days of trawling internet sites looking at review after review. Thankfully the reviews I read lead me to a grat decision, to buy it.

Now if like me you have never bought or fitted a new head unit before then this is recommended that you but a high quality one like this which actually include a set of fitting instructions. May sound petty but if you're in my shoes you'll understand. The vast majority of cheaper branded stuf out there had such chocking instruction its barely worth opening.

On to the unit itself. Well its fantastic to say the least. The option to use a USB data stick to store all my thousands of tracks was what attracted me. More specificaly what makes this unit so good with this feature is actually the combination of the screen and the built in software, that allow you to so quickly and easily search through masses of albums to find that song of the moment.

The controls in general for the whole face are very intuitive and easy to use whilst on the go (I can't condone doing this of course) however the volume knob can be a little over sensetive and result in blasting out a bit of led zeplin at 2am by accident (sorry neighbours).

The most important aspect I can mention here is by far the superior quality sound produced. When I first considered buying this unit I had a stock Ford head unit and speakers in and they sounded terrible. I honestly believed it would require a complete install of speakers and all to get a half decent note in my car. As it turns out however that just isnt the case, I was amazed at the quality of sound this unit manages to squeeze out of my stock ford speakers I origionally thought they were beyond hope. I am so pleased with the oucome I have left the speakers well alone and saved myself a few hundred pounds in the proccess.

Summary: If you don't mind occasionally deafening the neighbours by accident then buy it now.
