Sony CDX M 8800

I upgraded to this head unit from the older model which was extremely good but after a while the tuner stopped working. There is very little change between the old and new model apart from the front panel colour system. I think I have been unlucky with this product or at least hope so: Neither the old nor new models have any CD memory so if you go over even a relatively small bump the CD stops playing for a couple of seconds. This is annoying. Hoever my new model skips when going round sharp corners and most roundabouts - this is extremely annoying and a bit of a joke (and yest the CD's are clean).
